Notice of withdrawal from contract
Effective from 23 April 2026
1. Right of withdrawal
A consumer (a natural person not acting within the scope of their business activity) has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by means of distance communication, without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the day following the day of conclusion of the contract (§ 1829 of the Civil Code). The period is deemed to be observed if the consumer sends a notice of withdrawal to the Operator during that period.
2. Exception — digital content
Until the tip is unlocked, the contract may be withdrawn from in the standard manner — e.g. if the Buyer purchased FC but has not yet unlocked any tip. In such a case the Operator will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
3. Manner of withdrawal

You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
4. Consequences of withdrawal
The Operator will return all funds received from the consumer without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal, and by the same means as they were received, unless the consumer specifies otherwise. The refund will not incur any additional cost for the consumer.

6. Alternative dispute resolution
In the Czech Republic, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) is competent for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes as the body for out-of-court dispute resolution under Act No. 634/1992 Coll.
