Accessibility statement

1. Legal framework

The FlipKing Pro platform, as an e-commerce service, falls within the material scope of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act, hereinafter „EAA"), effective from 28 June 2025, and its transposition into Czech law (Act No. 424/2023 Coll., as amended).

The Operator undertakes to make the Platform accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the EAA and the international WCAG 2.2, Level AA standard.

2. State of compliance

The Platform is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA; continuous improvement is in progress. Areas where compliance has not yet been achieved include:

• Interactive maps and data visualisations with limited alternative text representation.
• Certain dynamic components (rrweb session-replay console, advanced filters) do not yet fully follow WCAG recommendations.

The Operator is working to gradually remove these shortcomings and publishes updated information on the accessibility status on this page.

3. Feedback and enforcement

Send accessibility issues and requests for alternative access to content to podpora@flipking.cz. The Operator responds without undue delay, typically within 10 working days.

If a satisfactory resolution is not reached after contacting the Operator, it is possible to contact the authority entrusted with supervising accessibility compliance under Act No. 424/2023 Coll.
